FAQs for ticket buyers

How would information about concert cancellations or postponements be provided?

All ticket sellers whose e-mail addresses we have will be notified by e-mail. Furthermore, we will communicate all concert cancellations and postponements on our website and social media channels.

My concert has been postponed. What must I do?

Tickets already purchased remain valid for the new concert date and do not have to be returned or exchanged.

I am unable to attend the concert on the new date. What now?

Tickets may be given to friends and acquaintances, and will remain valid. However, it is important that their contact data be registered in advance of the performance. Please note our information on contact tracing.

My concert has been cancelled, with no postponement date given. Can I return my ticket?

Yes, tickets can be returned to the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester’s sales office.

My concert has been postponed indefinitely. What now?

Purchased tickets remain valid and do not have to be returned or exchanged. The alternative date will be announced as soon as possible. As soon as a new date has been set, we will notify all ticket sellers.

The concert will be given as planned. Can I return my ticket all the same?

No, tickets cannot be returned unless the concert has been cancelled.
