Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to the current official regulations designed to contain the Covid 19 pandemic, we will be unable to give concerts at the KKL Luzern or the Orchestra House until further notice. We will keep you updated on concert postponements and cancellations, and inform you when we are able to resume our concert schedule.

Warm regards,
Your Luzerner Sinfonieorchester

Q&A for ticket purchasers

How will we be informed of concert cancellations or postponements?

We will inform all ticket purchasers whose e-mail addresses we have by e-mail. We will also communicate all concert cancellations and postponements on our website and via our social media channels.

My concert has been postponed to another date. What do I have to do?

Tickets that have already been purchased will remain valid for the later date and do not have to be returned or exchanged.

I am unable to attend the concert on the later date. What should I do?

Tickets may be passed on to friends and family and will still remain valid. In such cases, it is important that their data be registered in advance. Please take note of our contact tracing instructions.

The concert has been cancelled and will not be given at an alternate date. Can I return my ticket?

Yes. Tickets can be returned to the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester’s sales office. Please contact karten@sinfonieorchester.ch

The concert has been postponed indefinitely. What now?

Tickets already purchased will remain valid and do not have to be returned or exchanged. The alternate date will be announced as soon as possible. We will inform all ticket purchasers as soon as a new date has been determined.

The concert will be given as planned. Can I still return my ticket?

No. Tickets cannot be returned unless the concert is cancelled.
