Members of the Orchestra Academy learn from professionals. Young and well-trained conservatory graduates are given an excellent opportunity to prepare for a career as an orchestra musician.

Under the guidance of longstanding and experienced members of the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, Academy members learn about the orchestra’s distinctive style and sound. They also gain a sense of what it means to be a complete musician – as someone not just focused on their own patch but who takes a broader view of the world and is eager to learn more.

The following Academy members will be playing with the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester in the 2017/18 season:

  • Aleksander Daszkiewicz, Violine
