The board supports the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester and promotes and enriches musical and cultural life of the Lucerne region through concerts as the resident orchestra of the KKL Luzern and as the opera orchestra of the Luzerner Theater. The orchestra aims to establish close ties with the people of Lucerne. With our tours and CD recordings we regard ourselves as the cultural ambassadors of our city and canton.
