General Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Purchases

1. Purchase conclusion

The purchase contract between the customer and the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester is concluded by clicking on the «Place order» field after previously selecting specific seats in a specific concert and entering the customer and credit card data in the correspondingly marked fields. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Payment

Payment is possible only by means of one of the following credit cards:

• MASTER-CARD/EUROCARD
• VISA
• AMEXCO

3. Booking fees

A booking fee of CHF 5.– is charged for all online bookings. If the customer chooses the option «delivery», he will receive the tickets by mail to the shipping address designated by the customer.

Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be claimed or redeemed online.

4. Available space

The number of seats available for ticket sales online is limited to those marked as available on the Internet.

The Luzerner Sinfonieorchester reserves the right to change the seating plan and to assign other (equivalent or better) seats to the customer if, as a result of the change made, the booked seat is no longer available or the enjoyment of the performance from that seat is significantly impaired.

5. Changes in the program

The Luzerner Sinfonieorchester reserves the right to cancel a concert or replace it with a performance of another work, to change the date or time of a concert, or to change the instrumentation, even after the advance sales have begun. The definitive starting times can be found in the daily press. In the event of program changes or changes in the starting time of a concert, there is no right to a refund of the purchase price.

6. Audiovisual recordings by the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra

The Luzerner Sinfonieorchester records certain performances on audio and audio-visual media. For this purpose, it reserves the right to change the seating plan based on the positions of the cameras. The customer agrees that such recordings may be broadcast on television, released on DVD or otherwise published, even if the customer can be seen on such recordings.

7. Picture and sound recordings

Customers are prohibited from making any type of visual or audio recordings at concerts by the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester.

8. Jurisdiction

This ticket purchase contract is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the city of Lucerne.
