Concerts and workshops for listening or joining in
For babies and children and their caregivers
In our programmes for children and families, all generations are invited to engage with music and sounds in a playful way.
In our specially devised concerts, we encourage parents, grandparents and godparents to experience live music with their children from the very outset. Our chamber musicians play for babies and children of all ages in the Orchesterhaus. The «Musical Playground» is geared to the needs of babies, toddlers and their caregivers. The «MusiGwunderland», «Tranquilla Trampeltreu» and «Gänseblüemli im Rosengarten» concerts are staged and involve the audience. To experience the whole orchestra come to our Christmas carol concert, «Goldene Trompetenklänge», at the KKL Luzern. Our workshops are designed for joining in and will help you discover music all around you in everyday life.
Those who have always dreamed of playing along in concert can experience playing together with others in the “Drum -Circle” – just like in a symphony orchestra. People of all generations from the age of 8 can join in, no previous experience is necessary. Every fortnight on Thursdays, children, young people and adults make the Orchesterhaus resound.
