Barrier-free and assisted concert visits
For blind visitors and people with visual impairments of all ages, we offer concert assistance for all Luzerner Sinfonieorchester symphony concerts at the KKL Luzern.
Assistance includes:
– Pick-up from Lucerne train station (if requested).
– Information about the programme before the concert
– Descriptions of what happens in the concert hall
– Assistance during the interval and after the concert (until departure on public transport)
A team of trained young adults and music outreach staff are looking forward to your visit.

Note for concert visitors with guide dogs: The guide dog will be handed over to the security service during the event, looked after there and returned to the owner in the foyer at the end of the event.

People with visual impairment: 50% reduction on all seat categories
