Piano Festival «Le Piano Symphonique»

Event Description

«Sisyphus» is an intimate and immersive programme dedicated entirely to improvisation. Its starting point is a selection of solo works for harpsichord by Bach, Couperin, Biber, and Ligeti. On this musical journey, old and new sounds merge into a unique listening experience. For the first time at the KKL Lucerne, a 270° light projection by the internationally renowned light art collective Ocubo will be presented – an immersive Gesamtkunstwerk that fuses music and architecture into a one-of-a-kind experience. The concert takes place as part of and in cooperation with the Lichtfestival Luzern.
