Theresa Wunderlin gained her first orchestral experience in the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra and the Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie Konstanz, among others. Regular guest engagements have taken her to the Basel Symphony Orchestra, St. Gallen Symphony Orchestra, Zurich Chamber Orchestra and the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo. She has been a member of the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester since summer 2015.
Theresa Wunderlin, born in Munich, studied with Gaby Pas-Van Riet in Saarbrücken, subsequently gaining her Concert Exam qualification with Stephane Réty in Dresden.
During her studies, she was awarded prizes at the International Oberstdorf Music Competition and the Lions Music Competition. Her flute and harp duo with her twin sister was awarded an international prize and a special audience prize at the Koblenz Music Festival.

Theresa Wunderlin performs regularly with her twin sister, Sophia Steckeler, in the “Duo Jumelles” and also in a flute/marimba duo in concert series at home and abroad.
