Not far from here, on the shores of Lake Lucerne, there is a house. In this house lives a man. Every day he sits at his grand piano and plays and writes and writes and plays. From time to time he goes into the garden, strolls lost in thought among the roses and lets his gaze wander over the lake. There he meets a girl curiously discovering the world and its sounds, who rouses the great man from his pensiveness.
