More than music. More than words. A true (sound) exchange!
Where high musical art meets tall tales: The Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, together with the Lucerne Theater, presents klangXchange! In this editionβ“Of Minipirates and Babbling Billows”βeverything revolves around the fascinating 13 Β½ lives of the legendary Captain Bluebear (KΓ€ptβn BlaubΓ€r).
Every klangXchange evening has its own unique theme that weaves through the music. Alongside a short story and plenty of music, youβll discover fascinating insights, things to listen out for, and all sorts of humorous anecdotesβand you’ll even enter the exchange yourselves! Thatβs because in between pieces the floor is yours: a time to share thoughts, stories, or fleeting moments with others and strike up a conversation. English and German conversation prompts are provided and the moderation as well as the reading is in High-German. Each klangXchange takes place at a different, special location in downtown Lucerne, offering a fresh opportunity each time to get to know musicians, performers, and your seat neighbors in an intimate, personal setting. Are you in?
